Achieving excellence in business management practices in corporations and other business systems is imperative that focuses on managerial and leadership responsibility and commitment. What is at stake is the significant and fundamental readiness of leaders and managers to execute business planning strategies within the framework of new changes that should bring about the successful implementation of business. This is achieved if there are good foundations for people's actions, based on emotions for successful work, positive interpersonal relationships, motivation, etc. The goal is that managerial and leadership activities are focused on entrepreneurial activities, higher productivity, and other common values for creating excellent and profitable companies. The question arises, "How do today's communication equations change the style of an effective leader and manager?" The difference in business when it comes to the leadership of today's 21st century and the past 20th century, exists in the organization of business to provide services to customers. This means that communication is of great importance in the management and leadership of large and small organizations in the world. The assumption is that the existence of virtual conducting of meetings and the application of virtual reality tools has its own value that may exist even in 2024, but the attitude towards the significant values of business organizations imposed by such tools cannot be changed. For business development, one should keep in mind the importance of key performances and characteristics of global production, such as: business excellence, consumer demands for high quality products and services, quality communications, marketing, business topicality of social networks, distribution of information, goods and services, and consumption around the world, new technologies, sizes and structures of companies in the industry, etc. Accordingly, the role of managers and leaders is to understand the new premises of global production in industrial areas at the world level.&nbsp;To fulfill the necessary conditions of excellence, attention is directed to the research of strategic changes viewed through the prism of management and leadership, which will conceive a structured organizational framework. Such a method requires a top leader to formulate business perfection by putting people in the right place, as well as his own willingness to help people solve all business tasks that will become more and more difficult and complex in the future.&nbsp;

Conditions for Corporate Business Excellence at the Global Level

The strategic business of industrial companies, observed on a global level, conceives of insufficient&nbsp;commitment of management to the environmental situation, which is influenced by an increasing&nbsp;number of harmful factors in the environment. Bearing in mind that the world's population is growing&nbsp;faster, according to the data, it is estimated that by 2050, that number will exceed the figure of more&nbsp;than 9 billion. This means that with the increase of the population, the consumption of a large amount&nbsp;of natural resources also increases. Surveys of statistical data in the field of environmental protection&nbsp;in the world show that if the world's natural resources are evenly distributed, in 2050, people will have&nbsp;at their disposal about 25% of resources per capita. Accordingly, it is important in the industrial&nbsp;environment to include experts from various fields: biologists, medical workers, ecologists and experts&nbsp;who can purposefully, based on their profession, contribute to the preservation of the planet, clean&nbsp;water and air. From the strategic aspect, in companies, this is solved within the framework of faster&nbsp;development of management awareness, which should be focused on understanding and greater&nbsp;understanding of the concept of "environmental protection". This means preserving an important&nbsp;industrial and living system, which should contain a set of measures that will protect the entire&nbsp;business space, the human environment as well as the entire biosphere from harmful influences. The&nbsp;importance and obligation of the management is, accordingly, to be ready at any time to eliminate or&nbsp;reduce the harmful changes that have occurred to the healthy environment, which have occurred as a&nbsp;result of the operation of their industrial plant. The paper presents strategic approaches to research of&nbsp;important performances of the development of the situation with the resulting environmental&nbsp;problems as a consequence of industrial production in the environment.

Strategic Solution of Ecological Problems in the Industrial Environment

The business of companies in modern conditions is exposed to major changes related to systematic&nbsp;and systematic investment in employee education, especially management, which is an attempt to&nbsp;maximize productivity and improve individual and organizational knowledge. An important premise is&nbsp;the acceptance and understanding of the fact that systematic investment in employees is an&nbsp;opportunity to improve various business processes within the business company. A systematic approach to the choice of training&nbsp;methodology allows organizations to connect the planned activity with the real business needs of both&nbsp;individuals and organizations. At the end of each training process, the results of the training are&nbsp;obtained as the end result of changing and shaping the skills, abilities, attitudes and behavior of&nbsp;employees according to the needs of organizational goals. The implications of training should be visible&nbsp;in various activities of employees, such as: job satisfaction, increased productivity, ability to manage&nbsp;complex processes and other functions that explicitly affect the competitiveness of the organization.&nbsp;The paper presents the management of the educational process for achieving high results and goals&nbsp;that are closely related to organizational goals.
