This study was constructed to investigate the effects of relationship marketing mechanisms of on customer loyalty in Yazd hotels. Relationship marketing mechanisms include financial, social, and structural mechanisms. The present paper is an applied research adopting a descriptive-correlational method and survey design. The statistical population of this study consisted of the customers who stayed in Yazd 3-star hotels. Through using a pre-test, the population variance was estimated and then the sample size was calculated using unlimited population formula. A questionnaire was used for data collection. In addition to descriptive statistics, the correlation coefficient test and path analysis were used to determine the strength of the relationship between variables and model structural equation of the study to verify the hypotheses, respectively. The results of the study showed that none of relationship marketing mechanisms including financial, social, and structural ones did not have significant impact on the sentiments. Although financial mechanism did not have significant impact on relationship quality, social mechanism influenced on the relationship quality. Moreover, structural mechanism did not affect the quality of the relationship. A qualified relationship has many benefits such as customers’ loyalty, customers’ satisfaction of the customer service organizations, and introducing them to others.

Investigating the effects of relationship marketing mechanisms of Shammut model on customer loyalty

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and general health with addiction to purchase (obsessive purchase) among the students of Islamic Azad University of Yazd. Using personality traits and mental health variables as independent variables and addiction to purchase as the dependent variable, hypothesis of research is formed. The study was an applied research adopting a survey method and it was based on survey correlation using questionnaires. The statistical population of this research was students of business management. Simple random sampling method was used and a total valid sample of 224 was collected. Data analysis using the PLS software was done and the results showed that the trait neuroticism, flexibility, agreeableness trait, somatic symptoms and impaired social functioning as personality characteristics do not have significant effect on obsessive purchase but extraversion personality characteristic have a significant impact on obsessive purchase and the impact value is 0.20 and positive. Therefore, it can be concluded that as soon as the members have more extraversion characteristic, their obsessive purchase

Enterprise resource planning can influence the supply chain management in Ceramic and Tile industry. By exploring the literature review and the main variable indicators, the enterprise resources planning is on the supply chain management which its subsidiary hypotheses such as system, satisfaction, agency information, services and task force were investigated. The population included Tile and Ceramic experts of Yazd province (Iran). Sampling was done based on snowball method and a questionnaire was used for data collection. Inferential statistics (factor analysis, path analysis, and structural equation) was used for data analysis via SPSS and PLS software. The results of data analysis showed that the hypotheses of satisfaction and services were approved. Consequently, some suggestions were offered about Tile and Ceramic industry.

Supply Chain Management in the Light of Enterprise Resource Planning (Selected Criteria: Services and Satisfaction)

This study aimed to determine the relationship between professional ethics perception and social responsibility and employees’ productivity in the General of Road and Urban Development in Isfahan, Iran. All 388 participants in the present study were employees of the Department of Road and Urban Development in Isfahan. Among them, 193 employees were selected as sample using Cochran sample size formula and stratified random sampling. Data was collected through three questionnaires; Professional Ethics Questionnaire (Cadozir, 2002), Productivity Questionnaire (Hersey, Blanchard &amp; Goldsmith, 1980), and Social Responsibility Questionnaire (Gylbers, 2010). The Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by using the comments of the supervisor and some members of the population. The reliability coefficient for three questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and multi-way ANOVA tests were used. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between professional ethics and its aspects with social responsibility (p&lt;0.01, r=0.50) and also between professional ethics and its aspects with productivity (p&lt;0.01, r=0.602). Furthermore, Stepwise regression analyses showed that in the first step among aspects of professional ethics, competitiveness and striving for superiority and in the second step justice and fairness were the best predictors of productivity and social responsibility. Considering respondents' views, there was a significant difference in professional ethics based on the degree of education and work experience. However, based on demographic factors there was no significant difference in productivity and social responsibility.
