Complaints Statements

Complaints policy

The Management Issues in Healthcare System is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and professional experience for all authors, reviewers, and readers. We take all complaints seriously and handle them in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Scope of Complaints:

This policy applies to complaints regarding:

  • Editorial decisions and the peer-review process (e.g., allegations of reviewer bias or unjustified delays).
  • Breaches of publication ethics (e.g., suspected plagiarism, data fabrication, or authorship disputes).
  • The conduct of our Editors, Editorial Board members, or Reviewers.

How to Submit a Complaint:

Complaints should be submitted in writing via email to the Editor-in-Chief. If the complaint is directly regarding the Editor-in-Chief, it should be directed to the Publisher (EUROKD egitim danismanlik group). The email should clearly state the nature of the complaint, the manuscript ID (if applicable), and provide any supporting evidence.

Resolution Process:

  1. Acknowledgment: All complaints will be formally acknowledged within 5-7 business days.
  2. Investigation: The Editor-in-Chief (or Publisher) will conduct an impartial investigation, reviewing all relevant correspondence and documentation. We follow COPE flowcharts and protocols for investigating ethical concerns.
  3. Resolution: The complainant will be provided with a written explanation of the findings and any actions taken. We aim to resolve all complaints swiftly, comprehensively, and constructively.
