Registration and Fees

Fees for registration for participants are as bellow:

Registration Type	Conference Registration
Early bird registration (By May 15, 2026)	150 EURO
Early bird registration for early-career researchers (By May 15, 2026)	100 EURO
Regular registration  (By May 30, 2026)	200 EURO

  As a virtual/hybrid presenter:

• your asynchronous video presentation file will be published online on the conference website and its official social media outlets
• your abstract will be published in the conference proceedings book with an ISBN
• you will receive the softcopy of the conference proceedings
•  you will receive the certificate of the presentation
• Your full paper will be reviewed for journal publication

Journal submission deadline (in APA 7th Edition format- 5500-7500 words including references): June 01, 2026

 

Important Dates:

EXTENDED Deadline for abstract Submission: May 22, 2026

 

Deadline for Early-Bird Registration: May 15, 2026 (For the accepted papers)

 

Deadline for Regular Registration: May 30, 2026 (For the accepted papers)

 

Deadline for Full Paper Submission (5500-7500 words in APA 7th Format): June 01, 2026
